I would not call being muted "game breaking", I can solo just fine. But playing without my friends is absolutely pointless for me.
I can even stand those disconnections every 15 minutes and not being able to complete 1 act the entire day, but being muted for no reason is a bit too much. |

" I think its a fine "punishment". Perhaps it will encourage one to check their behavior. A General Channel is not a "free pass" to act whatever way you wish. So it seems perhaps one will actually act mildly respectful to others. If the consequences for their negative actions are enough to effect their game play. Love this. When do people learn that mods keep chat logs exactly for this kind of defense.
Now he'll claim his account must have been stolen, GGG can just come up with the IP... Don't escalate your "fight" with the devs, you can't win. Just lose willingly, it's over faster that way. Real men play HC with Chaos Inoculation and Eldritch Battery.

GW2 had a nice Reddit post a while back where the Mods openly invited all recently banned players to ask why they were banned. The chat logs they posted were hilarious.
