Is Prismatic Eclipse Twilight Blade too weak?

as a high-level unique weapon, it's special effect has only the 10% additional Block
sockets can effect it's DPS is interesting, but it's highest DPS is only 258 when all be red sockets and 256 when be 4 red and 2 green

if it has only the additional Block as the special effeft, I think it should have a high DPS closed to 300

It's only good as a offhand weapon, base stats on the weapon is way too low because it doesn't roll increase p damage.

Put it in offhand, go GGG for pure attack speed bonus and use skills that utilize main hand only. Its a very useful weap for certain builds.

Shield is better than using that weapon as offhand in that way.

My buddy dual weilds them, breaks 11 attacks per second with pure green socks in gear. Over 600% increased attack speed on a reaver.

Unless they changed it, the affecting sockets are only from the weapon.
