This was known on day 1. o-o

Was he actually the finder or just another reporter?

Was posted by him, because alot off People miss this stuff including me, who don't play POE that much anymore, because we played alot in the past and just waiting to get into game at the time to time. And alot of us miss this info, so it is nice that most of us get attention, this way.
GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever.

This is coming straight from the heart <3

Didnt know this one exist It could save some regals and alot of alts for rolling physical dmg.
Great move in the right direction regarding crafting. Hoping to see more recipes like this.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
It's a really good recipe. To reiterate, the roll given on the weapon seems to depend on the white weapon itself not the Rustic Sash. I used 3 rare Rustic Sashes on the same weapon and gave the same +% physical damage. Physical wanders rejoiced.
This thought just hit me, the average PoE player will never know about this recipe because he doesn't check the forums. Recipes shouldn't be a secret imo.

It's not a secret, and it's listed in the wiki now.

Most games require players to take the time to understand what's going on, and what they could be doing better. This is one of them. If you take the time to check the wiki every now and then to keep track of what's going on, you'll do far better than if you just go out and play without checking anything first. That's how it should be, no?

Yeah it's listed on external sites, that was my point. There should be a way to discover such things in-game. For example, GGG could list all the recipes without revealing the ingredients. Something like that, just so that people who don't check out the forums or the wiki know what's possible.

I think there is a list of recipes to do for a challenge/achievement. But it's probably not up to date with the ones added since release.

I've played no end of games where I enjoy the game and only on completion I've gone on-line to find out more about the game only to be internally raged that some crucial elements of the game have been kept secret from me.

It makes me like the game less I tend to find as I have moved from a love to a love/hate relationship.

And I'm not talking about easter eggs, bonus content, secret for the fun of being secret encounters, but just basic knowledge stuff, like "what order to events take place in a round" and "XYZ bonus doesn't stack" etc.

You can lose the hatred again once you have then furnished yourself with every possible detail of the game, but then you've changed your gaming-feel, because while looking for mechanical details, you've been subjected to every min/max scenario the game has to offer and no longer can you approach the game from an 'exploratory' PoV, but instead will now always be min/maxing, simply because you know to do it.
