Quicksilver Flask of Adrenaline?

Hmm.. okey sooo, I just wasted 1 scouring, 4 glassblowers and a stack of alterations on my flask before I read this page. Then I did /itemlevel on my flask and indeed it was itemlevel 4, so I guess thats the questreward and I just lost some neat orbs :(

its the battle of the quicksilver flasks.. ;)
each one gets better and better.. Things with "increased" and "decreased" in the tooltip are additive ... where as "More" or "Less" are multiplicative ...

What is maximum increase speed from adrenaline? 30%?
