how do you respec

help plz
You can get respec points from quests and orbs of regret from monster drops (or trading). There is no full respec option.

Best tip pre plan your build or sort of wing it. I'm not super pro at planning my builds but I prefer this as I make many toons anyway. It leaves more chance and people might find amazing builds that no one knows about (sort of).

I like more mystery then cookie cutter.

How do you allocate/use your respec points? Does the game automatically put the points where they are supposed to go OR does the player do it? If it's on the player to use them WHERE IN THE HECK DO THEY GO????

You can practice allocating and choosing your build on the passive tree from the forum.

You can save it and change it as you level, to decide where you want to put points.

You decide which skill point to remove.
The game has full respec. Just buy/find enough orb of regret.
