WinMtr Results! PLEASE HELP!!!

your secon win MTR shows the packet loss is just about gone the problem is now

c-76-20-143-1.hsd1.mi.comcast.net - 32 | 13596 | 9357 | 0 | 36 | 4890 | 4890 |

Second hop, almost 5 seconds latency and that's where it DC'd(note the last latency being identical to your worst)

Absolutely nothing to do with the network layer or the servers

GGG tech specifically said i have no issues with winmtr results. also found this quote "MTR is good at measuring latency and hops from site to site. It is commmon to have 100% loss starting at the firewall in front of a reachable site."...........im not out to raise hell i just want to fix my poe, my pc has zero other issues and i play multiple games
Hi there,

The issue you're experiencing is coming from this hop here on your ISP's network:

| c-76-20-143-1.hsd1.mi.comcast.net - 32 | 13596 | 9357 | 0 | 36 | 4890 | 4890 |

You're experiencing packet loss of up to 32%, and you're also getting extremely high ping spikes of nearly 5 seconds. I'm afraid you'd need to contact Comcast, as these issues are occurring on their network.
odd i have ran winmtr about 25 times and only that single run i was able to get a rosponse on that "hop", all other times it was 100% packet loss. i ran that one for a much long time, is that why?????
what i dont understand, is why only with this game i have problems, and with any other online game i can play it normally.
managed to replicate the 2nd hop becoming active....| WinMTR statistics |

how should i address this issue with comcast, im not a technician im in over my head!
You are having trouble connecting to the internet from your home network.

Plug directly into the cable modem from the computer, bypassing any possible router problems. Then turn the router and the computer completely off for about a minute. When everything is back on and running, test the connection again, you can MTR google.com or something which the ISP will find relevant. If you still see intermittent heavy packet loss like that, call Comcast and give them that report.

They will want to remotely test your modem, look at their connection logs, and will determine where the problem lies. If they offer, let them send in the service technician, as they have probably localized it to your specific location and not the whole street.

WOW the first person to offer simple advice, you my friend are a noble man. I've been pulling my hair out for days and days about this issue and not once have i received a simple straight forward response, i will try what you said with fingers crossed. thanks
after trying to minimize a disconnecting path of exile i noticed a temporary alert infomring me my display drivers crashed and recovered. FINALLY i know the problem...so funny how everyone on the forums and even ggg support forced newtwork/isp issues down my throat. RUN WINMTR RUN WINMTR RUN WINMTR! b/s i even told ggg support in my email that i was under the impression it was grapic driver related and i didnt even get acknowledged i was just asked for more and more winmtr results LOL
Sorry, but a gfx driver problem wouldn't cause disconnects which is what you posted here about, at worst your gfx drivers could cause a bsod or a crash to desk top which is easily identifiable as anything but a DC which would put you to the login screen.
