You are wrong, there are builds that actually rely on a 6L to work
it is possible to make a viable build with just a 5l while a selective few may need 6l to be optimal. i think his point is the former.

As far as I know, there is no build that doesn't require 6-L to be optimal. If what I know currently is true, then all builds need a 6L to be optimal.

I was unclear, by definition 6l will always be optimal compared to 5l.
however, some builds can still be viable with 5l.
