me too i saw the guy with the nick trollolo... the lottery is a grow control population tool xD, just check utube videos when someone go in city, theres barely 5 players there. ..... never go gamble in real life xD theres always a trollologist waiting to get ur money. In this stage of the beta, there's no reason to spend much time in town. Also, towns are split into instances to avoid crowding. There might be 3 or 4 versions of the same town with just 5 people each. Closed Beta/Alpha Tester back after a 10-year hiatus. Kiwi pets and Spark spam FTW. The danger in weighting it too heavily to active posters is it encourages people to spam more, I think I'd prefer to see a handful of keys go to guys with 0 or 1 post than to have everyone posting useless crap on 5 different accounts a day to maximize their odds. As said. Its always exploitable. I once encountered a beta system where they'd invite players to beta based on interview forms. (Battlestar Galactica i think) That worked pretty well... but it is extremely time consuming for the staff.
