Compeltely unnacceptable prices.

I found this post a little upsetting. Pets like these are one of the few things that we're allowed to sell with our "no pay-to-win" policy, so we do need to make money from them.

I'm shocked you don't have everything kabraxis posts on auto-ignore. Ever since you ruined his life by delaying the OB launch back in August he has done nothing but disparage the game and GGG on the forum.

If you look up "worthless opinion" in the dictionary.. it's a picture of Kanye West. But if you look close, kabraxis is listed as a second definition.

Don't worry Chris, you still have and will have loads of adoring fans who will be more than willing to donate money for nifty cricket/lizard swag. $2.2 million doesn't lie.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

But I do hope GGG is careful with pricing. Pet's I figured wouldn't be over $30.
May 15th 2012 - The day the king of ARPGs died. January 23rd 2013 - A new king takes the throne.
I die a little on the inside when I hear people complaining about high cash shop prices from a company who has promised no pay to win items.

For once you can play a game without having to buy items just to compete with other players. Your response is to call them greedy for trying to make some money to pay for the development of the game?

If you want $2 pets then go to a game where you have to buy a subscription every month to play or a f2P game that requires constant money to stay competitive.

Comparing this to WoW where people have put in hundreds of dollars over years just to play the game or Torchlight 2, where they've already stopped supporting the game because they aren't making money is ridiculous.

GGG - Feel free to price your items however you want. I have a feeling you'll always have support from this player base. I frankly don't care. People who want the pet will get the pet, people who can't afford it can't, and in the end not having a pet means absolutely nothing to the player.

These videos are only the first of many more to come in the lead up to OB. Stay tuned.

Pets should be buyable with GGG gold, so people with GGG gold from packs ect can spend points on them

Yes all the MTs are purchasable with GGGold.

The Marvel game also sells XP boosts, Item find boosts, ect which are all limited time use and p2w. GGG isn't selling any of those things and so has higher prices on pets and the like which they can sell. If you don't like it, don't buy them. Many of the rest of us will continue to support GGG for bringing us an incredible game and not making it p2w.

For me its upsetting selling pet for the price of AAA game. Period. Anything more than 5$ is greedy. Period.
Get the fuck out. Seriously.

GGG's business model is the most player friendly business model in the entire industry.
Personally, I like Royal Red Frog Pet more than others. :) Don't know if I can afford it though considering there will also be other nice offers such as weapon effects\etc.
