Instead of players taking a set amount of damage from start to finish, make it so that the longer the player takes in the map, the more damage he will take over time. A scary map isn't really scary if you can just do it slowly ;)

Or maybe find another way to make the map more dangerous over time, instead of a DoT :)
Last update before I eventually turn it in lol

Soul eater + spiderling spawn

50% hp (can u bypass with ES?)

.... i don't think a lot of hc players will do this map :p

Seems like a death wish to me, 50% of all hp renders 80% of passive allocation in hc mute :D!

I like the concept, but people are gonna die to this so hard. :D

Rarity is possibly too much but easy to balance, I guess.
Especially with unique boss drop slots.

But the encounter itself sounds uninspiring, just using old moves and stuff.
Only refreshing thing is the darkness and I fear that might not be enough.
I would only turn this in to GGG if they are willing to make a terror inducing,
unique boss fight out of it requiring a good amount of reflexes and some problems solving.

Maybe some fight resolving around lighting a bit of the room to keep yourself safe "of spiders in the dark" (maybe a debuff?) but the lighting process is hindered by huge amount of spiders? Just some generic ideas, also not really original, I know.

It may be, if the scene is supported by complete darkness
and the desperate screams of my character, being torn apart.
