This game defintely looks better, my only concern is that Blizzard has so much funding that they can add and add and add to their game, similar to WOW, there are other MMO's better than WOW, but WOW keeps adding so much content and polish, that its hard for a new MMO to come along and compete... I sure hope this isn't the case for Exile... since it does look good. key will be to find the issues and make it play smoothed and polished now, things are a lot more cheaper to fix and improve on prior to release.

Despite being a huge Diablo fan, I'm definitely more interested in PoE than D3 at the moment.

The changes they've made in D3 just don't seem that great. Of course I'll have to buy the game and try it for myself, but right now I just want to get my hands on PoE.

I vote for PoE too, Diablo 3 is a total disappointment to me after all those beta gameplay videos.

Blizzard could do much more if you consider the funding aspect ;)

Both games will have there merrit ihmo.

POE seems to have more immersion with your character becouse of individualisation and d3 seems to be the more convinient game for the non-math-crowd.

D3 is faulty by default, for me. Real cash auction clearly shows the main emphasis being put not on gameplay, but on monetisation of gameplay.

That's exactly what I thought after seeing gameplay videos of both games.


I played Diablo 2 since I was a kid, and I think Exile looks like a better replacement than Diablo 3.

I am sure it will live up due to Blizzard culture's similarity to Apple's culture now.

But D3 is definitely not for us, proud exiles.

Honestly I will play both, even though you have to buy Diablo where you don't with PoE but after that they are both free to play online. I am a huge fan of hack and slash games and really good quality games of this genre is hard to come by.
