Either you believe in a higher power or you don't. Why put yourself in a category that can be interpreted in several ways? Isn't it easier to just say, "Nope, I don't believe in [insert divinity here]."?

You are correct.

Agnostics say that they do not know if a god exists or not.

Would an agnostic say that they believe God exists tho? No they wouldnt. They would say "I do not know". That is why they are atheists, because they do not hold a theist belief.

An atheist is not someone who believes no gods exist, an atheist is someone who is not a theist.

If the bable fish didn't already disprove the existence of God I would use the fact that this thread hasn't been locked yet as proof that he does exist. Lets stop looking for answers and start looking for questions. 42
