Yeah shame Einstein didn't get that, what a silly man! :)

You are failing to recognize how atheists define themselves, atheism is widely defined as:
The negation of theism.
Using this, having no belief in god (like an agnostic) will make you an atheist by definition.
There is a difference between:
1. having no belief in god
2. believing there are no gods
however both are classified under atheism
exactly why i said there is no such thing as a agnostic i just didn't know how to explain myself properly but thanx to ana for clearing it for me.
There are such things as agnostics, its just that they can also simultaneously be classified as atheists.

PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

In einsteins day, the common definition of atheism was different. He made no fallacies in his statements (given the context)
He was talking about atheism when it was largely considered the belief that no gods exist.

Clearly Einstein could see a distinction, as he said he was NOT an atheist, but was an agnostic. Do you claim to be more intelligent than he was? LOL, how old are you anyway :)
Argument from authority.
Let's not forget that while Einstein made great contributions to science he was completely wrong about quantum mechanics. Not only wrong but stubborn. Being good at one thing doesn't make someone an expert on all topics. I don't know for sure but when it comes to this specific topic I think myself and the very classy Analdischarge could be more intelligent than Einstein.

Agnostic and athiest are way different. If you don't know the difference then you should pick up a book.
There are different definitions of atheism, if atheism is simply the negation of theism, then being an agnostic makes you atheist (they are not mutually exclusive)
That's where your logic expires. Agnostic means you aren't sure if theism has any truth.

Einstein made no mistakes in this regard.
The only difference is that our definitions have changed, you are one that is failing to understand, not me nor Einstein.

'He' was stubborn? OMG, what a laugh, this from you after this thread and someone called 'Analdischarge'. I think thsi thread has come to its amusing conclusion! Everyone take a bow! LOLz!
I quoted Einstein because earlier in the thread you talked about 'educated' people being Atheists. Which is why I quoted one of the greatest minds of all who publically rejected atheism and the idea someone could be so confident that a greater being didnt exist.
Heres another quote:
'"In view of such harmony in the cosmos which I, with my limited human mind, am able to recognize, there are yet people who say there is no God. But what really makes me angry is that they quote me for the support of such views.
Clear enough for you?
