Don't you think Kraityn's reward is underpowered?

So far i have played tons of hours in game but still, still didn't see or hear a person helped kraityn for resistance. i think the amount of resistance is too low. The people percent:

%50 kills all bandits
%35 helps oak
%14 helps alira
%1 helps kraityn (never seen)

what you guys think?

Hmm, k, if you're going to invest passive points in resistances, Kraytin's reward is better than any resist node on the skill tree.

With this said, there's one exception to this. The diamond skin (+15% all resist) nodes can be better, but ONLY if they are on the way to something else you need and you don't spend prerequisites passives to get it. If you spend a single prerequisite to get Diamond skin, these 2 points are better spent as 2 Kraytin's reward.

Of course, people might prefer to pick other bandits rewards for the life or mana, and get passive nodes from the tree, but since you're usually going to invest in some resistances from the passive tree anyway, might as well get the best resist there is (Kraytin).

Resistance mods on items are good enough that I completely overlook Kraityn, every time. Never had a problem in the end game with resistances, if I gear up well enough.

That said, people may want to build differently than I.

I've never heard of anyone helping Alira though.

Because it's easy to build around not needing high max mana.

I don't think any of the rewards are underpowered because less people tend to choose them. If there are a few niche builds for which these rewards (Kraytin, Alira) are powerful, then they are fine.

I for one chose the resists every single time. Life and mana are both nice, but maxing out the resists does a lot for you at higher levels, too. Depends a lot on playstyle and personal preference, I guess. That being said, while I would of course take a better reward as well, I find +8 to all resists to be quite balanced.
In this case the player behaviour tell us that the
Oak-hp reward has a lot of synergy with hp nodes, boosting an already 'op' aspect;
Alira-mp reward stopped being mainstream after the insane mana reqs of skills got tunned down (a.k.a. less glass cannon builds);
Krayt-res reward isn't necessary in a long term view, as res mods are quite powerfull as for now.

Maybe we need to see a nerf in res mods? Well I don't know. I remember Chris wanted to chek how the res mods would balance with res penalties in the first place, so we will see if krayt will stay underpowered or turn into a good option after a mod nerf.

As far as I am aware Bandit Quest Rewards are reworked in Open Beta & will offer 1 time rewards that will involve choosing which is best for your build. There has even been mention of one of the rewards being an additional Frenzy/Power/Endurance charge. I think it may be a case of wait & see what you get offered when OB drops.
I am wondering where you got the numbers from.

This is not set in stone. But the Bandit Rewards are being considered for Open Beta, as Chris suggested. If you have any feedback regarding bandit rewards, do give them, as I'm sure Qarl would appreciate any feedback regarding what they should or shouldn't be and why.
