The Summoner Compendium

Anyone got the Summon Elemental Resist support gem ? I'm hoping it won't become mandatory for summon builds in endgame content... Cause my Minions did survive pretty good before the patch... Hopefully it will help with the Normal and Cruel leveling though... Those elemental enemies in ACT 3 really destroyed summons.

Another thing to add is Nemesis - Soul Eater vs Summoners. I hate grouping with people who feed it too many skelly-cookies!

It seems that Soul Eater is especially bad for us Summoners. The monster seems to gain speed for every minion of yours it kills. Especially bad with Spell Totem + Summon Skeletons. I had an undying alchemist that lobbed bombs faster so fast the animation bugged.

That necro. This guide is from before open beta btw. Or maybe from open beta, right at the start. A lot of things are outdated or done differently nowadays.
