Why are Frenzy charges so weak?

I mean seriously? Endurance charge gives you 4% flat physical reduction and 4% all elemental reisstance. That's more than a notable is worth. Power charge gives you 50% chance to crit, again more than any crit notable.
Frenzy gives you 5% increased attack speed. That's all, a little more than an average transport attack speed node.
Aside for discharge why would anyone bother speccin into a frenzy charge. A 3% IAS node can easily be better than a frenzy charge node because of being a permanent bonus, while you have to either use frenzy or bloodrage to keep the frenzy charge up.

Because of Blood Dancer and the Frenzy skill. To increase the usefulness of frenzy charges, they would have to nerf Blood Dancer and Frenzy skill.

frenzy as an attack benefits more from it. actually gets pretty strong provided you can stack it

Well frenzy could just be adjusted easily. Charge gives 2 more IAS? nerf the ias per charge on frenzy skill by 2? Same for blood dance.

the charges itself, compared to the other two, maybe not very strong. but the frenzy skill is pretty strong, the more charges you have the better. my build got up to 8 charges with darkray.
imagine 20/20 Frenzy - thats 12%dmg and 18%ias per charge (not accounting ias bonus of frenzy charges!)

We're not talkig about the skill. Also frenzy isn't a very good skill either and is very mana intensive while still giving less dps than other skills.

Everything is fine as it is. No need to mess with Frenzy skill and Blood Dance to make frenzy charges look better. Frenzy charges is there to make Frenzy skill and Blood Dance better.




Besides, attack speed alone does not do much, you need to mix in added physical damage and % physical damage to make attack speed stronger, which makes frenzy charges stronger as well.




Edit: Power charges is useless without you speccing into crit builds. What is the point of getting power charges, if you do not have enough crit chance and crit damage multiplier.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.
