Anyone tried duel wielding Prismatic Eclipses?

Yea, the description makes them look viable. but once you equip them, you realize they are just garbage. Sad because it would be nice to have a chance to get near max block with dual wielding

With master of Arena I get plus 8 range or total of 12 range (tripled)and 75% damage bonus, this allow me to use concentrated effect on cyclone and still be just over 8 range, twice the range of other single hand weapons with massive increase of damage. The advantage is not just increased damage but start hitting sooner and hit for longer after passing, so massively increases LGoH and real DPS on number of hits.
I still only 63 and not hit final dom but melted Piety and level 66 maps tested on (though holding off on more maps until I close gap so no penalty on xp)....sadly still get one shotted off screen in corrupted zones and dock snakes I heal more damage than I take on snakes but as soon as inevitable desynch or lag out is insta death. I have been under zone level entire merciless act and only stop to farm once xp penalty for been underlevel gets to ridiculous. Will see how it goes after a bit of farming and get my BoR on and last critical strike node to compensate for the lower base damage on weapons.
