So is the word 'cock' permissible in a character name or not?

A few weeks a ago I was given permission from several devs for a name with the word 'cock', so I began adding it to several new names after that, and today one of those with the same word got banned with a 24 hour mute.
Not going to say which one specifically because they didnt want me discussing the name on the forum, but you can easily check my characters for all my current names. Can GGG make up their mind whether or not this word is permissible to use in character names? (b) Personal abuse, foul language, inappropriate subject matter, obscene, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory or defamatory remarks of any nature ... are not permitted. - PoE TOS.
