So is the word 'cock' permissible in a character name or not?

I've got an idea. Since the problem was the volume of reports, how about we all make a pact to put the word Cock in every new character we make. Of course not everyone will play along, but if 20-50% of people in chat have Cock in their name, people will get tired reporting all of them, and the reports will be spread out.
