Except that the bandit quest PK is mostly predicated on being the last voter, which no other party members get to see as the fight begins immediately after. You wouldn't even know till the person one or two shot you with a big damage hit.

Until GGG changes how the bandit quests are handled they are encouraging this kind of behavior. I laughed my butt off watching the video, and now want to roll an HC toon. Reminds me of the good old days ganking noobs in hilsbrad foothills when world pvp didnt suck, and rogues could one shot in WoW.

Wouldn't you call playing with the intent to kill other players in a non-cutthroat league harassing/abusing other users? Sure, the game technically allows it, but if you are the last voter who votes to kill there is no way to know for the others, who had voted beforehand, that somebody voted to help.

Not that I've ever died to something like this, but this behavior seems far worse than somebody slinging insults towards her. I mean, she made a thread where she boasted about making someone quit the game with this kind of stuff.

The reality of the situation in this game is that PvP outside of specifically PvP oriented situations just doesn't work out. Cutthroat leagues or PvP are fine, but something like this is not: they're all low level characters and you can do some ridiculous twink gear at those levels where your character is much much stronger than the average. Before the ele cleave nerf you could literally make a build around those levels that would kill anyone without >50% res in pretty much one hit. 2 hits for everyone else and that's what we see from her videos.

I don't see how this is ever a positive thing for the game because you'll very very rarely get someone experienced with this. I believe the portrait goes away in the top left if someone votes opposite of you. Only way to tell I think.
