I think the only solution to prove you are the one PKing everybody, is to personally go to every single user's house, log on to PoE on their client, and PK people right there.
There is no other way....

Eh, I still think it's a shitty thing to do, but if she is regularly going 1v4 or 1v5, then I don't feel sorry for the people who get killed. If she does it 1v1 with the bandits on her side, it's completely different. I've never partied for bandits, so I'm not really affected. It's still sociopathic behavior.
