Not making it up, if you have been following krip for more than a few weeks you would know precisely what i am talking about.

There is always threads on gaming forums (one on reddit atm) about how Krip "Invented" some build that has been used since CB started, then they try to argue it was krips idea.

You can't pick your fans and it would be nice to have people look up to me like that but i honestly don't care what other poeple say, and i am sure Krip is in the same boat. Hes here to play a game and teach people what he has learned.

Please understand i don't have a problem with Kripp (In regards to PoE) just some of the younger 1337 BRO fans he has, readily awaiting to lick his shoes if given the chance.

Well hes really good at it, plenty off worldfirsts and stuff in games, with last one was first diablo HC kill, it was also the only before nerfs, and was world's top hunter when he raided with Exodus. So obviously he does something right. Some people dont like to watch other people play games, and some people do.

I'd like to think of it as more persistent and talented. It does not take much thought in World of Warcraft or Diablo III to get anything world first. Not to mention how he killed diablo with kripp that night on HC. I'm going to assume you were there watching it too so you already know that they ran along the side of the board and did not hit one special in act 4, not one.

Back to what I said in the first sentence. This guy gets some amount of money to play video games all day instead of having to get a job on a shitty payroll. What Kripp is, is smart for making him one of the more famous steamers before everyone and their mom jumped on that bandwagon. But in my opinion, he is not talented at all.

Kripparian is actually fun to watch.

I love the Templar build he is using, very spread out all around the tree, creative and educated use of passives.

I've followed Kripp for a long time (since he started posting WoW ToGC videos) and while I've found some of his videos to be bland and times he comes off as a douche, he is often entertaining to watch.

He got me to buy Path of Exile, so he got the developers at least $15 and it is nice he is actually doing videos to introduce players to the game, because it is easy to get lost.

Kripp is awesome. Just remember, there is enough of awesome for everyone so just because Kripp is awesome it doesn't mean your awesomeness is diminished, there is enough for everyone. Also if you don't enjoy watching streamers or can't fathom why this thread was created etcetera just think of why you enjoy your quirks which not everyone else might agree with and remember that every person is unique and doesn't neccesarily need to enjoy the same things or have the same reasons to enjoy various things. Live and let live, there is enough room.

I looked up quirks, I don't really know this word, but it means something like peculiar behavior. Idk if this is the correct definition but what I was aiming for was something "mundane" that you enjoy or whatever. =)

Too bad he doesn't stream on my hours, 2 hours past midnight here when he starts :/

Lol, hes done some great videos, but that one was total shit.. Its probably because of the genre though, its frustrating watching someone else work out a puzzle/play a platform when they cant do it properly and you could do it easily

Kripp is ok, but I enjoy TB more, but even saying that I definitely wouldnt enjoy all their stuff (like the above linked video which was annoying). I dont really follow either of them, but I see their stuff occasionally

Totalbiscuit has over 300 million views. Kripp has about 25 million views. Not sure what you mean by recognition?

Anyway, put me in the group of people who found out about POE through Kripps stream. I had been following to see him beat inferno diablo HC. He started playing POE after that and that's when I decided to give it a try. Had not seen it in action before that.

For the Kripp haters, I'll say this I wouldn't have donated 50 USD and played beta if it wasn't for him. Some people like to watch Big Brother on TV, I like to watch gamers play games.
