Cast when Damage Taken

Cast when Damage Taken is a trigger gem. It causes a linked spell to activate when the player accumulates damage taken.

The damage effectiveness increases with level, but so does the damage taken per cast; overall, the amount of damage that needs to be taken per damage effectiveness goes up at higher gem levels.

Cast when Damage Taken only "cast" spells. Attack gems such as Double Strike are not consider spells.


So basically


Whenever you take damage equally to gem level, it cast any SPELL link to the gem.

For example

Cast when Damage Taken gem link with Fireball

gem said:

100% chance to Cast Supported Spells when you take a total of 1000 Damage

whenever you take 1000 damage it cast 1 fireball.

if you put 3 fireball gems, it will cast 3 fireballs.

2nd i have prblem with blood magic and i always get killed coz i run low in life in according to add life leech gem (dont leech so much) so and solution tyvm in advance

You will most likely to 1 shot most white/blue soon .

since most stuff that kill you are reflect or hard hitting boss,

You NEED at least 2 instant pot! but i go for 3.



and 1 healing over time



that will fix your problem with blood magic.

For you gear:

you need all gear with +life as much as possible.

then + resist 2nd.
