Thanks for the rollback, you guys have got to be the fastest team to get on a problem I seen so far, most of the time, in other games they take like 3 hours to respond.

question, now the game wont patch past 96.09% without crashing, so it won't even patch back to the rollback

sorry but im having trouble understanding how to issue the command prompt from the start menu as a windows user, im following the guide you listed and put the file inside the install folder but from there im not sure how to issue the command prompt

We have discovered the source of the crash bug.
It was something that would not generally happen on our local network (it required a slower connection to the server to reproduce) so we didn't find it in QA. A fix is being built at the moment and a new version of the patch with it applied will be deployed when it is ready. Path of Exile II - Game Director
