That trace starts right after the defective node/nodes... ntt-verio.milano52.mil.seabone.net (93.186.128.25) is their gateway to the ntt.net carrier, they are actually skipping their entire network with that test. Please, tell them to start tracing from one of these IPs pos2-8-0-0.milano26.mil.seabone.net bundle-ether16.milano50.mil.seabone.net bundle-ether12.milano50.mil.seabone.net and that the issue is always happening on one of their te-.milano52.mil.seabone.net routers. This should be specific enough for them to locate the problem. Thanks for your effort ;) Bye EDIT: also by testing pathofexile.com they are connecting to the US servers. It's probably fine, as the routing is similar and presenting the same issues, but give them eu.login.pathofexile.com (37.58.67.210) so they can test for EU servers in Netherlands. I've managed to play for about an hour without disconnections using a vpn to a server located in Slovakia. The ping is not great, obviously, but it's definitely playable.
