PvP Theorycraft: Most Popular / Strongest build?

Everyone already knows the most popular PvE build, so no need to go into that. Most PoE fans loved D2, and we all know D2 is really about the PvP builds. From the earlier days of the pdsc loaded guided arrows, to paladin uber resists/absorb immunities to elements, to the later days of hammerdins and smiters, we all had a blast.

So, what do you predict will be the most popular PvP build and why?
Tanky point blank ranger.

Range rules but got to make those pesty melee pay for getting up close.

Curse spamming witch with totems. Get some unique that allow more curses and the keystone to make curses permanent.

Tried this, got owned by a hammer marauder. The Ground Slam sucks. Of course instead of summon totems like I had, probably ice spears would work better (enfeeble and temporal chains).
Flicker strike + dual wield cold damage = Very rough to deal with.

I've been one-shotting people with my 999% crit mult ranger, though it's very dicey if they get in range to flicker. I have to land my next shot and OHKO them or I die.

Using 2x curses


Haven't lost yet.
For reference, 2 auras active, which is max you can attempt to cast in PVP really, without more cast speed increases

14k dps with ice spear and I couldnt kill a regen marauder spamming ground slam.

Your DPS is useless if you can't use your spell because your stunned.
Yeah to fix that stun problem their is a node you can put skill point into to prevent stuns in the skill tree.
