Diablo II by far, but one of the first games that really impact me and make me a gamer was Doom however I never was able to get through the portal after the first Boss fight against 2 big demons... Anyways I play Doom 2 too, Doom Ultimate (Doom with Mouse Aim :P), and this game convert me into a gamer :P, then Diablo II was the first game where I was really good at this, I play a Necromancer who almost win a Tournamet (Unofficial server, but with a huge comunity, and inalterated rates or game)

Probably not 'all-time', but in that time i really enjoyed Fable : The Lost Chapters.
