Animate Guardian

why not make AG immortal or at least VERY close to be immortal? why AG SOOO weak and die from ANY hits or dot? Even heavy invested in life and gems AG still die almost every time from anything!

70,000 hp
5%hp regenned per sec (6000 hp/sec) just from the chest, let alone all the nodes in the tree

Keep in mind I'm only lvl 85 with still more minion life / regen nodes to get.. lol

It'd be great if we could link a skill gem with AG. It'd be amazing to have more options for carry AG builds. I'd love to cruise around with a Tornado Shot AG or Vaal Fireball AG.

My 22/20 Animate Guardian:

» 81.220 HP;
» 19/0 Elemental Army Support;
» 20/20 Minion Life Support;

» Kaom's Heart;
» Kaom's root;
» Southbound;
» Crown of the Tyrant;
» Kingmaker;

My 22/20 Chaos Golem:

» 62116 HP;
» Nude;
» Bare hands;
» Barefoot;
» It's a walking rock;

In Hall of Grandmasters I found the "mb_something", he is basically immortal against me because he don't stop teleporting, but he deals almost no damage in me and my minions, BUT, in my animated guardian he almost kills it, why? I'm missing something? He can't kill me, or my minions even without Kingmaker's Fortify, but do alot of damage in my AG.

I thought with all these buffs in physical reduction and elemental resistance to minions, my AG could handle the end game content, but apparently all damage calculation is different for the AG.

I was wondering what would happen if I sold the gem with a GCP to make it lvl 1/20.

Would I loose all my items on it?

I'd suggest Grukthul Pelt instead of Kaom Heart. The 5% regenerate help a lot in survival ability.

Also, you can refer this setup found by someone to improve survival ability.

Additionally, you also can get a meta-craft body armour with another 10% life as ES, which almost double the regeneration stated in this post.
I guaranteed your AG never dies.

Lastly, you also can give AG a Meat shield support, it has 'less damage' modifier.

Make Vaal Animate Guardian please!

Vaal Animate Guardian is able to animate amulet, 2x rings and belts.

Added benefit is, equipments aren't lose when AG died during Vaal duration!

Also, give it Berserk and Rage effects during Vaal duration!
Animate Guardian is now essentially immortal. Mine has over 100k life and over 20% life regen per second.

I see there's more room to improve my AG, I appreciate it. But my question is more like: Why my AG receives more damage than my Golem.
