Company such as ATI or Nvidia can improve GPU sync code with how the card draws frames per second and try to sync it with games engine. But net sync code is something that can be only improved by GGG's side. SO GGG has to approve and expose their API to them, so they could have access to their engine and do their stuff than. Its working again, just needed to add the new pathofexile.exe file to the profile, SLI compatibility bits 0x0040000D and AA 0x004040C1.
