Creative Use of Slower Projectiles/Reduced Duration

With slower projectiles you could throw out your spectral weps and then run around the screen letting them demolish everything. Add on a whole lot of movespeed or something like leap slam and I could see those things flying around for awhile.
slower projectiles on incinerate would be terrible, thats why the inherent quality bonus is 40% inc projectile speed

it needs to be able to adjust the cone shape of the flames just like freezing pulse, this is why not many people use it

ST and Leap Slam works together, whether you use Faster projectiles of Slower projectiles.

I've tested ST with Slower Projectiles, the effect wasn't impressive. You get to shotgun more consistently, but it also reduce the projectiles' traveling range to just a bit far more than Sweep.... and as Point Blank is currently still bugged with ST, I wouldn't counting on a all-melee-range-ST shotgun-style of gameplay, a bit too risky.
I have been using Spectral Throw and Slower Projectiles since very early levels, around level 20, and I am now level 83.

There are 4 great things about using those together. The first is that when the enemy is standing next to you, you will hit it from three to four times per skill use of Spectral Throw. The second benefit, over not using Slower Projectile, is that the projectile will return faster and so the hits come in a much more rapid succession. The third benefit is, that if you deal a critical hit all three or four hits of that skill use are critical hits. For shocking, this means that you apply three shocks very fast. The fourth, and almost most valuable, is that if there are targets next to your main target you will also hit them.
