What I didnt understand was he said he couldnt level up in docks anymore, but he wasnt able to equip BoR yet, which is level 67. Kind of a dead giveaway that this was a troll when we found out they were lvl 66 or less and "couldnt" level up in docks (lvl 63) anymore.
