hehe Nightmare might be quite awesome actually. Respawning monsters that only drop loot on the first kill would be frantic.

Maybe you should change some:

Looks better i my opinion.

Outcast-->Condemned-->Banished-->Exiled

Those are states of dislike by society.
I feel its well suited for a game called Path of exile.

Outcast: The town treats you as a lesser.
Condemned: The town decides your a criminal(prison).
Banished: Sent away.
Exiled: Sent away by force (in this case, to Wraeclast.)

Fits quite nicely with exiled, yes? I dont know if I like outcast very much. I cant think of a better word for it though.

An outcast can be cast out of society physically as well as socially.
