The idea behind PoE is that you are banished to this horrible place right? Well, then the last difficulty level should be an emphasis of that fact. Maybe copy Dante "abandon all hope ye who enter here."

Then why not simply name that difficulty Path of Exile? It reinforces the title of the game.
