Allow Disabling of Ally Auras
" Thats the drawback of the flask though. Its intentional. And all party aura issues can be solved by not partying with people that use conflicting auras or asking them to not activate them. Communication is key. When im party leader i always make sure everyone gets the loot setting, auras, curses they need the most and compromises will be made. |

" Your communication argument completely shows how clueless you are about the problem at hand: And trying to defend a mechanic and standpoint which has no benefit, or use at all... what's the point in this? In showing how amazing you are at "communication"? Or in order to suggest me or others suck at communication? You invalidate your communication argument in the same paragraph: By providing the best solution of all; "Hey. Just don't party with those people at all... it's really easy." Right. What level are you? Lvl 38, or what? So we should just not party with 50% of people, instead of GGG simply introducing a fix/mechanic for this problem? Really?... Aaaaalright! That was a smart and constructive contribution. Thanks a lot, Dirk Austin. At the current standing, someone always has a drawback: Will it be me? Who has more trouble using a divination flask? Or will it be the party-guy, who might strongly rely on clarity in his build... but now agrees to turn it off? Will it be the ele equillibrium Explosive Arrow Archer, or the dude who relies on Anger. It's one of the two.. or even more involved people in party. Pick yours! Because one will always have a drawback. No matter how well you communicate. See the problem? It's just not elegant at all, and totally seems like more of unwanted situation.. than anything else. There is no reason for some people/builds having to bite the sour apple when it comes to playing in parties. No reason at all. And don't even start with something like "Aw.. yes but you know.. its very strategic.. and communication.. and blablabla. Makes you need to have some drawbacks in party and blabla" -> It does not seem like intentional design at all. It seems more like a side-effect, a less than optimal result... or situation. Or how would anyone want to punish people for party play? There is no argument for this. Whatsoever.. no matter how hard you try. And the solution for it is rather simple and has no downsides for anyone: ENABLE permanently TURNING OFF AURAS from OTHER PEOPLE. You know. It's not like we are asking for anything crazy, or imbalanced? It should already be there, in first place. It is a problem when it comes to party-synergies.
