Build crit chance, you dont build crit multi. Then when you crit, you can still freeze stuff, and burn stuff (use hatred aura and added fire damage gem) with some %WED nodes, on belt, rings, and ele rolls on jewelry, you will still do significant ele damage and do significant elemental status effects. But you NEVER miss.
