I don't care about cost-efficient playing or whatever, i just, well, play the game and have fun. The gear is good enough to run any map with any mod except Blood Magic and no Mana Regen.
Weaver (not the Weaver, but the enourmous amount of magic flicker spiders) and Megaera are an exception though. Temple Piety and Vaal with -Res and +Dmg mods can get tricky, but it's possible. Only upgrades the build needs are a better helmet, shield and maybe a 6l chest, but it's not necessary.

I've modified it a bit for Anarchy League and my personal playing style (Wand+Shield, less dmg but more survivability to compensate for my gear) and it works extremely well ;)

This is a good game, you know why? because every damn person answered totally differently :D Love that.

My personal favorite is seaworth's elemental SA/chain archer, massive life leeching abilities and range makes it twice as powerful and easy to play then my old g.slam mara.

But I'm hoping that it will change soon because I'm leveling discharger ...

That's why I'm not planning on using hybrid gear :). Planning on Alpha's Howl for evasion + auras, a good archon shield for res + mana + armor, Rainbow stride for some more mana + spell block, 5 linked Astral plate for armor, rustic sash with armor, armor gloves. I figured pure armor or pure eva is easier to make or buy than the hybrids, so that's the plan as of now. Uniques not entirely necessary.

Here's the current gear if anyone is interested. Not great, but I can farm Lunaris 3 and kill Piety no problem :)
