I have absolutely no problem with the footprints. Razer paid for them, Charon paid for his uniques, if someone wants to give GGG money and get something in game I am all for it.
I have said in the past I won't pay for cosmetic effects. I would pay for items in a league that had no leaderboard and thus no direct competition. Why you ask? Because chances are I will never have enough currency to try out some of the amazing items in this game. Shavs, Le Heup, Mirror, etc... If I could purchase them in a dedicated league for that purpose I would do so. Crafting doesn't exist in POE. Gambling does...and the house always wins.

This isn't pay to win. People love this promo so much in other threads they are stocking up on a stack of footprints. It appears that since people are using throaway emails, it appears the emails aren't locked to the fottprints. Expect people stocking up, then selling such keys soon on mtx sites, should this promo be closed, and such footprints become rare. GGG please note this for the next promo, whether this would involve meeting a GGG dev, or a real-life promo/advertisement/other future events. POE is a constantly evolving game, so expect balance changes, buffs and nerfs STILL!
