Monster HP bars above monsters - will it be implemented soon?
That is so important for me. While fighting against an army of monsters, I would like to see the HP of each monster without hovering.
Will it be implemented anytime soon? IGN: Aristona

" U alredy have the bars in the top of the screen why would u want more stuff on the screen? i mean what do they apport to the game that its really necesary? |

" Simple. You can see HP bars only when you hover a single monster. By having a small HP bar on each monster, you can see how much damage you're doing, how much hp every individual mob has. It gives the game a cooler look. I like PotE, but combat feels so dull. For example, my bow has a damage ratio of 3-15. However, I never see how much damage I am actually doing, or how much HP does the monster has. I leveled till 25 on my witch. Every single monster at my level since level 1 died in 2 shots. I never know how much damage I do. I just know, I should hit every single mob twice and they will die. If they die in 3, it means I need to get some more intelligence so I can 2-hit again. For example, I'm fighting a boss. On my each hit, the boss hp drops by %10 - but I don't know if boss has low hp and I'm hitting low for a reason (e.g boss being resistant to fire skills) or boss has high hp and I do my normal damage. There is no information about it. So yeah. These numbers are important. Something which should have been done since the alpha times in my opinion. That is the only reason why I am forced to play Diablo 3 instead of cooler games like Torchlight2/Pote. IGN: Aristona Last edited by aristona37#7624 on Sep 16, 2012, 11:35:04 AM

I think the developers will add this.
They already made a poll about it and most people said they want it as an option...And it only make sense to add this options. FFA loot = Single Player Game

Definitely would like to see HP bars as an option.
Console loot filter for POE2 Please!

" I don't even.... I don't even think a 12 year old would think adding coloured bars and dmg numbers makes anything "cooler" rather than makes the screen look like circus clowns. Personaly I can't see why you would need individual HP bars in a ARPG like this where you slaughter the trash mobs in hundreds nad there HP is not really of interest and would only gimp you gameplay by cluttering the screen. HP on bosses and rare monsters is what matyers and that you get by the hower. The character screen also gives your dmg range without having to guess anything. I don't really see why not add HP bars as an option though, but it is something that is none game balance so don't expect anything soon as they have to focus on balance first. When I was playing today in a party of 5 people, we were killing some sort of mobs who looked like humans. I had a hard time looking to damage an enemy because we all looked the same. HP bars would solve this issue, and ofcourse. Make it an option, because when you play alone, you don't really need it. But when you play in a group, I could definately use it.

" No need to resort to demeaning a person over a conflict of personal interest. Some people just like to see that sort of information on the screen, while some people prefer a more minimalistic approach. It's just as simple as that, and I for one don't see how it would effect you if this was added as an option to toggle on and off. |

though haven't play this game yet but typical game of this genre has it (no hovering) atleast i can see my characters improvement as it damages, i prefer the bar on top of the mob instead of the numbers its just my opinion :D anyway the devs can put it at an option (toggle ON OFF) like other say. Sorry for my bad english.

A toggle option would be best. The same can be said for seeing floating damage numbers.
