0.9.12e Patch Notes

Uhm, I'm getting a weird error message and can't finish the update...
"Error: Failed writing received data to disk/application while downloading http://patch14.pathofexile.com:8095/patch/0.9.12.5/CrashUpload.exe Any advice? Edit: Took CrashUpload.exe out of the install directory, patch finished, now I can't connect. Edit 2: Nevermind, my firewall just thought it'd be cool not to notify me, all is well again. It seems my melee skills are getting 100% crit (ground slam and heavy strike) others in chat mentioning glacial hammer as well!

" The global chat claims everything would get 100% critical now but I can't confirm it. I still receive the same amount of damage as yesterday only critical strikes trigger the crit. strike effects. That's what whirling blades was calld before it got it's name, so it's what we're used to calling it. apologies for the confusion.
An upcoming hotfix patch prevents the bug that causes those skills to always crits, fixes a crash with explosive arrow and will make dual strike able to hit again. Last edited by Mark_GGG on Sep 13, 2012, 8:17:10 PM

I get a client crash when i use sweep now - but only when i use it on kraytn, tried it twice now - I'll try a third time just to be sure...
Edit: Now it already crashed on the way to him - and the crashes are quite severe, deleting my instances and all progress I made until then (exp and loot), although I'm a bit unsure how this is even possible. Last edited by vejvar on Sep 13, 2012, 8:36:30 PM

0.9.12f will be deployed today to fix these issues - thanks for finding them (we missed them internally, sigh).
It also has a few new unique items available to drop to thank you for your patience :) |
