Akira just died lvl 92 on Onslaught by casting a BM aura

The game does not allow otherwise.

And that's what makes no sense about it. Say someone has 100 health and uses blood magic. Casting something that requires 100 and something that costs 110 should have the same result. Either both should kill you, or neither should. "Haha, gotcha! You had the exact wrong amount of health left!" is just plain incoherent. We're playing Path of Exile, not Russian Roulette.
Imagine the odds...

Personally I would have skipped the smoke and went for some lottery tickets.

It makes perfect sense, actually.
Imagine the same scenario with mana.
You have 100 mana and cast something that costs 100 mana. you will have 0 mana left.
You have 100 mana and cast something that costs 110 mana. You won't be able to use the skill.
Blood Magic makes you use life instead of mana. Everything else stays the same. Saying it doesn't make sense is wrong.
Argueing that it should be changed for Blood Magic is something I can agree with, though.

It's supposed to parallel mana and is completely coherent. If you were to cast Grace with 126 mana left, it would let you do so, leaving you with 0 mana. If you were to cast it with 125 left, it would fail and leave you with 125 mana.
Read my book! The world ending in every way anyone ever thought it might end, all at once. First few chapters are available online for free.

Except that zero mana after casting is the equivalent of one life after casting: just enough to actually succeed in doing what you're trying to do. Zero mana and zero life aren't remotely "parallel" to each other, which is why it's incoherent.

I can assure you that GGG has not banned every RMT user, its not a reality and it never will be

I can assure you that even the proof is more than enough and the user is exposing himself as RMT user those users won't be banned.

I sent an example weeks ago just to proof my point that GGG isn't banning RMT players(just thiefs and bots) and the user is still not banned.
So why should I bother reporting around 300 RMTers if even obvious cases don't get banned.
But if you name somebody it's shaming. There was a time in CB when shaming was allowed and there weren't any false reports where somebody defended himself that he didn't scam.

It's rather that GGG wants to keep a playerbase and closes their eyes on RMTing because banning those players would decrease the amount of players or destroy the reputation of "Top-Players" since several Racers/active players are really active on the botterboard and some of them only came to PoE because they got banned for (AH) Bots in D3.

Imo GGG should put a priority to usercode leagues so modders can undo bad changes and create a better game. In my league I would certainly get rid of all RMTing for sure with a really agressive stance.

I personally think that GGG is not taking necessery precautions to avoid RMT. They only create the illusion of RMT-free game by blocking RMT spams or Public Party RMT advertisements but RMT still continues to exist and GGG is not wanting or afraid to (maybe for losing a part of player base, I don't know) take actions that can really prevent these kind of stuff.

I have a semi-proof that GGG is really not doing their work to prevent RMT. I have the idea of making a thread related to this for quite some time but I guess I'm too lazy to do that kind of thing. Also considering after creating the said post, probably someone from support team will run and call the thing I'll share, naming & shaming and avoid any further discussion thus resulting with RMT reality left swept under the rug.

+1
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
