New Core Stats (STR/DEX/INT) balance

Evasion works for anything that has a roll to hit, which is melee attacks AND bow/wand attacks. If you go Acro/Phase Acro, you also get a chance to dodge on top of your evasion, plus the ability to dodge spells. Evasion is a decent defense on its own now, especially with a high enough health pool.
