Chromatics is too hard

So i've probably purchased about 200 chroms to chrome ONE item and nope nothing even close to what i want. I would always get the complete opposite. So i would want 1 green 3 red but i would get 1 green 3 blue. Honestly i thikn i got 4 blues 90% of the time. How do u even get this to work. Im trying to chrome a pure ES chest to GRRR

GRRR on a pure ES chezt is very unlikely.

The most probable color depends on the main stat of the piece on witch you're applying the chromatic.

Armor = strengh -> red
Evasion = dext -> green
ES = int -> blue

Same logic for hybrid armours where you have 2 more probable colours.

Yes.. it's not that bad as it can give you some expectations to the colors you're getting, but it might be a pain in the a** for those trying very mixed builds.

However this setup is still possible but you'll have to spend a LOT of chromatics to get it, or wait to loot it as is. (I might be wrong but I think the color preference doesn't apply to the items that drop from monsters).

For now your best option is to get an hybrid ES/Ar or for even more probability Ar/Ev.

RRRG on a pure ES gear is going to take you around 2500 chromes in expectation -- and even at that there's still a sizeable chance of it not happening. Save your currency :)

if it is an ES chest it is way more likley to roll green and blue than red

If you really need a pure ES chest, the most likely way to get RRRG sockets on it would be to start with a 6-socket chest. That way you could aim for a BBRRRG configuration, which is nowhere near as rare as getting RRRG on a 4-socket ES chest.

No, it's more likely to roll blue.

If it's ES/EV then it will most likely roll green/blue.
