i think your build is great and should be the new benchmark and if i still used my blender i would change it to your tree.

I'd like to share this fun fact:

g3n3r1c is very smart to use Doryani's Catalyst in his build. The pdps is 317, which is great in itself, is made even better because of the increased elemental damage, which scales really well with the Hatred aura and added fire gem. In fact, the dps of the catalyst is similar to a mace with a pdps of 377, and with the sword/axe nodes in the tree, a sword/axe with a pdps of 360.

Honestly g3n3r1c, I believe this guide is totally outdated and there is a lot if confusion in the ancient details here, such as broken trees, legacy soul takers and BoRs, and un-updated and wrong gems. Why don't you create a new Blender 2.0 guide? I would prefer to continue this discussion there rather than here.

I haven't written a guide for POE, but with 3 seasons worth of Blender tuning I can manage something.

What you said about using Doryani's Catalyst with this build is exactly why I'm using it, about the best off hand weapon I can think of for this build for the price. And you get Lvl 20 ele proliferation which is great with Leap Slam/increased area of effect and the Soultaker's chance to chill, mobs are nice on ice :)

Fiqst/g3n3ric i was wondering if the 111pt dualstrike tree is stil viable or is there a new tree that would suit dualstrike better

I think its still viable but the tree takes up nodes in the sword/axe wheel, so if either of your weapons aren't a sword or axe, you might be wasting your nodes.

Hi, may I know what are the maps or bosses(if any) that drops BoR nightmare bascinet and soul taker siege axe?

The BoR can drop anywhere and by anything that can drop level 67 items, so merciless piety and above, soul takers are from anywhere level 59 so you can find them in city of sarn.

You'd have to be pretty lucky to have a soul taker drop, you can't really farm it. Most likely you'll earn enough currency to buy one before you'll ever see one drop.

Ok, thanks. Anyway, this build have pretty low hp/resistance and die easily at the start. I have only 1570 hp at lvl54. Once I get those items posted at the guide, it is possible to get 4k hp with high resistance?

following my build yes, I have 5300 life and overcapped resistances, even around +10 chaos resistance with 280 life regen per sec makes it easy to run blood rage for more leech
