Zealots Oath - What is it good for?

Ive been trying melee CI builds for a while and the recharge delay is what i find as the most vulnerable moments especially considering you have to get close to leech or run away and hope not to get killed by a a projectile.
This isnt a tree of my build, but just to show the "ES pool potential" For a CI-ZO build with frenzy charges etc...

Getting 6 charges with the bandits (could also get +1 charge from some corrupted blood dance.)
4.2% from tree
11.2% regen best case scenario.(Can you run RF with this?!)
You can still stretch out for the last frenzy charge(12.2% regen) and iron reflexes and maybe get fancy with the 75% avoid frozen but im keeping it simple.
Tried it out on a re-specable(from SOV update) lvl 76 scion with the same ol' mediocre gear and guess what? its fucking awesome.

its sad that there's so little info about this keystone. I find its a good buff specially for melee builds going CI.
I personally believe ZO should be changed to...
Life Regeneration applies to Energy Shield as well as Life.
Removes Energy Shield Cooldown Recovery.
