Solaris llorica ist the Poor Mans Shavronnes Wrappings.
Shavronnes is super cheap right now. Better use shav on a 5Link (still super cheap) And add a Empower as 5th Gem If U want the +2 for your spell. |

Dunno if a bug, or what. Got this ilvl 10 (yeah, itemlevel=10) ring from a tomb in delve. It was after killing an Aul at 397, so the zone is lvl 83...
