Orb of Mass Destruction
Kills all monsters on the screen (except bosses).

Orb of Connection
Adds a link to an item. Very rare.

Orb of Shifting
Changes a rare item to another random rare item.

Orb of Change
Changes a unique item to another random unique item.

Orb of Removal
Removes the bottom property from an item.

The 6 Big orbs:

Orb of the Prime, Orb of the Second...and so on

Removes Affix 1, Removes Affix 2....and so on


Orb of the Devilish

Reforges the Forsaken

Randomises the numeric values of the random properties on an item (Ignores Affix Ranges)

Orb of Beginnings:
Reroll the prefix of a magic item

Orb of Endings:
Reroll the suffix of a magic item

Orb of Randomisation

Turns a skill gem into a random skill gem with the same quality.



Orb of Recreation

Reforges a item. (Random Rarity, reforge all sockets and links, reroll implicit value)

Orb of supremacy:
Re-rolls the value of all attributes on a item, the results of which will always be equal to or superior to the current value.

Orb of total annihilation: destroys the selected item and erases it from existence, also with all other items of the exact same name in the game.

Orb of Prospect - Rolls quality percentage on your gem.

Orb of Flaccidness.

I just like the name, not sure what it would do.

Little Blue Orb -- Causes player to hold weapon in permanently raised position. Effect can only be removed by consuming an Orb of Flaccidness.

Orb of Minor Deduction - Removes 1 mod of the player's choice from a magic item.

Orb of Major Deduction - Removes 1 mod of the player's choice from a rare item.

Used in conjunction with Augs/Exalted makes the gear grind a bit less random, while still including a fair bit of randomness.

Orb of Minor Entropy - Rerolls 1 mod of the player's choice on a magic item.

Orb of Major Entropy - Rerolls 1 mod of the player's choice on a rare item.

Both of these should reroll for mods of a similar level as the item the mod is on.
