Discharge Guide

Yeah I drop sometimes pretty low and sometimes i die to really stupid stuff. But I said this is the anarchy build. I dont wear a shield, no high es helmed and i dont get all the es nodes on the passive. If I would play this character on hardcore (this was planned watch out this: I will get much more defense to not die on stupid shit. Like 7000+ ES, cap resist with ele weakness curse and so on.

But as I said on some posting. Hardcore is pretty empty and all my mates playing anarchy, because of testing some stuff. We dont need that challenge on onslought.

But at the moment i play another build, much more defense, much more dps and cap resist, never die on ele reflect, oneshotting out of my screen. Will be doing some Guide with the Skills / gems / build in the future. my stream will be online in about 3-4 hours, you can see then what i´m playing.
The only map I cant rush as hell was yesterday: Pier -20+ resist, Ele Weakness Curse, Ele Reflect. This was a bit hard to counter...

I started as cleave, after I got some uniqs for mana i started discharge (level 50+). You need some defense. But I dont recommend this build played before level 70 and without CI/Vaal pact / ghost reaver on hardcore

I have been following this guide on my first anarchy toon, knowing I have most of the gear on standard already. Can you give rough ideas on what level to take CI, Vaal pact, unwavering stance etc? When does discharge become viable and what is the best way to level up until the point discharge is viable. I did manage to pull a tabula rassa on anarchy but my guess is I will not play anarchy nearly long enough to acquire the gear needed to do this build justice. My plan was to fart around on anarchy and get as high as I could on my own before he becomes a standard character and I can gear him properly. For now I bee lined it to deep thoughts but not sure where to go from here. I know at some point I will want/need unwavering stance before the death penalty becomes more punitive.

My tip is:
Level up with cleave or defensive with discharge without volls (only use Endu charges). The reason why you cant level with both (endu + power charges) is the high mana needed.

Merc Fellshrine you can go for CI, Vaal Pact, Ghost Reaver, Unwavering stance.

Before you switch to CI, your build can look like this:

i wanna spec outta burning discharge and use regrets to use this and i have the gear ready but the problem is i only helped oak in merciless and i killed alira(gives 1 maximum power charge), the problem is i dont want to start a new char will it be ok without that 1 power charge or do i have to start a new char?

that doesnt matter at all, charge = charge, you wont miss the 50 crit in endgame.

50 crit is 4% basecrit you wont notice it at all in fact i took the oak charge on purpose

longer immortal call and higher survivability once the moment arrives when you dont crit and are screwed in the middle of a pack

Great tips!! Levelling is much easier grabbing the life nodes and laying the path for CI/reaver etc makes all the difference in the world

Great guide, following now... but my question is what's the best way to level this character? What skills/playstyle

With only a 5link and no Vols yet on Anarchy what does one pair with discharge for support? I assume life leach, mana leach, increased area and power charge on crit?
