High ping! EU
Hey there,
Thank you both for the trace routes. Can you please email us at Support@GrindingGear.com with the following: your current IP address(please use whatismyip.org to obtain); the name of your Internet Provider; the date/time for when the trace was run, along with a copy of the trace route; and your Location/City. I've seen a few mentions of latency issues on the forums and in-game, but I don't have enough concrete examples to justify investigating this further as of yet, though if you two can send me this stuff I'll have enough to put it forward today, cheers! |

Sent mail yesterday, I got a question, is there any way that im logging in american gateway even when at logging i choose europe? like any config file that make me log in america by default and ignore log ing gateway? because just checked again and i ahve same ping loging on europe, singapur or aus gateway, always 180 wich is american gateway ping i usually had.
So wondering if maybe any file from latest path or something make me log in by default to america and ignore the in game config, dunno if i explain, my english sux :P Ty |

" Yes, however it's not so much that your gateway itself is changing, but rather the instance you're playing in can be hosted on the different gateways; if you play in a party with players that are connected to different gateways and they are the ones creating/spawning the instances, you'll get placed onto a server that is hosted on their gateway. |

Yes, I have the same opinion. Same ping on every server. :(

I've also noticed some laggyness (it sometimes takes 0.5-1 seconds to pick up items in the inventory etc.) and pings around 130-150ms the past few days, that's certainly not normal. This is my traceroute result, I've crossed out some info that's not really relevant:
