Holy hell, I can't express how much I want a better skill UI. If I can't have the option to scroll through my equipped skill gems with the mouse wheel (like I could in D2, choosing which ones I want bound with F1-9 or a similar process), I really feel we need to have more options. Being forced to limit usable skills to an arbitrary number of hotkeys is really bogus for such a deep game.
