The Multistrike gem extends the duration of the attack, this part I calculated wrong. If infernal blow attacks 3.8 times per second. (Including Bringer of Rain's Faster attacks and Acceleration (12%) passive near Leather and Steel) We do 3 attacks, broken down to cost 24 mana per individual swing. We need to include an additional 0.8 of a 4th swing in that 1 second. 72 divided by 3 attacks = 24 Mana per swing .8 of a swing costs 19.2 mana At 3.8 swings per second: 24+24+24+19.2 Infernal Blow cost per second = 91.2 mana Last edited by Shanfast333 on Dec 31, 2013, 2:50:13 PM

" I wanted to sum this up for players attempting this build but there is no easy way of doing that because it depends on the gear. With bor we need to regen 91,2 mana/sec to break even with the cost of the skill. We can only leech back 12,5% of maximum mana/sec which is about 60 for most players (based on a 500 mana pool) That leaves about 30 mana left we need to regenerate during the second somehow. Some more mana tests with my (bringer of rain)
On 4 link facebreaker Running single aura: Reduce Mana, Hatred, Clarity and RedSocket(Cry/Curse/Determination) Level 8-9 clarity with 1 passive spent on 7% reduced mana cost of skills. Summary: Cost 1 passive point. Extra potion slot 2 rounds of infernal blow hitting no target(desync) before insufficient mana. Level 7 Clarity with 2 passive spent for Mana Flows Summary: Cost 2 passive points Extra potion slot 3 rounds of infernal blow hitting no target(desync) before insufficient mana. Yeah I prefer spending the 2 passives for Mana flows myself.
My Leach + regen = 110 per second I only need 91.2. I can infernal blow 4 times into the air(without any micro pause) before running out with level 6 clarity. This is only because I have +12% mana regen on my Ammy and +39 mana on my ring. Without this i can only do 3 attacks before hitting a micro pause before the 4th. I actualy bought the first Lioneye in the Standard League back in the day .. it was 27 GCPs ( when 5 GCP = 1 Exalt ) .. it looked like a giant .. marble slab... damn that i don't have a screenshot.. and i can't find any .. anyway.. it was ugly
